WHAT ARE THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS?

A warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase applies to all Sonic Fields products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects during normal use.

All our stompboxes and other products are handmade with great care, but color deviations, slightly changed designs or minor flaws in the finish or layout are possible. These differences are not covered by warranty, but off course we try to limit them as much as possible.

If there’s any problem with one of our products during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible, before returning the product. We’ll first discuss the problem by phone or email. Sonic Fields reserves the right to decide whether the product should be repaired or replaced.

If a problem occurs after the warranty period has expired, you can off course still contact us to discuss the repair possibilities and the related costs.

HOW ABOUT THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

Sonic Fields is a small company. We do our best to satisfy our customers, but off course you can return your product if you’re not happy with it. 

- Returns within 15 days of delivery

- Total refund (incl. shipping costs from Sonic Fields to customer) within 15 days after return.

- Return shipping costs to Sonic Fields are not refundable

- Returned items must be in ‘as new’ condition. If not Sonic Fields reserves the right to determine the reduced value of the item.

- Please contact us before returning any item, so we can send you the legal form of return.
